Vista game video recording software

Just wondering if anyone can recommend some decent, free, software for capturing ingame video? I've tried Fraps but it just crashes on startup.

I've never really found anything better than FRAPS when it comes to pure quality, as it pretty much comes out totally uncompressed. If this is your main interest, FRAPS is the way to go.

However WeGame is a very serious free alternative, more geared towards building a community around game video sharing. So not only do they provide the software, but also the means to upload it and get lots of comments on it, etc. The quality isn't as good as FRAPS last I checked, but it also doesn't slow your game down to shit while recording either. Overall a very solid offering.

Yep, I use Wegame too, works perfectly fine

Thanks guys. I tried WeGame but found the quality and performance were terrible. I'm running an older build of Fraps that works fine and does everything I want. Performance and video quality are great.
