Taylor Swift Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 The Halloween is now over, but this shows that even small kids wont sleep anymore at the night playing this map. This gray spooky environment makes u feel something paranormal, at least the outside area, it feels so dead. And well down the basement, it's horror. Great work. + It's small + It's not made by a n00b mapper + It's taking you to the supernatural + It is scary and cool -The rooms are still missing details, even if there are models in use. -The lighting is kinda gray everywhere. -There are no crates on the map, outside or inside the house. -Some windows should be Breakable. 97 % /Nz-Nexus Quote
JynxDaddy Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 :lol: you put that haunted ebay painting nice touch the whole map looks fantastic!!! Quote
KIIIA Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 -There are no crates on the map, outside or inside the house. That`s a big plus not a minus! Map looks cool. Maybe you could have built in some unique features , like secret rooms or screams of haunted souls or whatever, would fit the setting. But from the screens , it really looks nice. Edit: The map really lacks variations of lighting! You could have used some red or ghosty green for that! Quote
tnoh Posted November 9, 2004 Author Report Posted November 9, 2004 Haha, yes. That painting gives me the creeps. Some of the other paintings in the map are haunted too. Crying boy: http://www.ghoststudy.com/monthly/jun03/tears.html Headless Ghost painting: Quote
FrieChamp Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 The only thing I don't like are the outside textures of the house, they make the house look to regular, not like an old, haunted mansion. Rest looks awesome though, nice job! + It's not made by a n00b mapper Quote
