I will admit that I was also slightly underwhelmed, but keep in mind that this is really close up, and when you're finally playing it, its gonna have the camera way back. However it definitely looks like they could use some postfilter work, has a somewhat dull look to it :G

Oh and another thing that kinda turned me off, the fact that they're showing something ala the Swamp from GOW2, although I love that location then its not really what GOW is all about. Its all about the Greek architecture and epicness

Anyway, I'm sure it will be brilliant, no more doubting!

sony santa monica are in a tough spot here because i have the HIGHEST POSSIBLE expectations to this title i am expecting ( demanding ) that this will be the single best game ever made by human hands. expectations couldn't be higher.

just to clarify these are my top 5 favorite games of all time:

5) resident evil 4

4) shadow of the colossus

3) god of war chains of olympus

2) god of war

1) god of war 2

so they already did it twice ... making the best game ever ( or 3 times if you count "ready at dawn" making the best handheld game ever)
