Fallout 3 editor released. Time to get to work!

Looks pretty much like all their other editors.. Which unfortunately means it's probably a lot like them and will be rather hard to get into, but even harder to use effectively without getting frustrated every 2 minutes. At least that's my experience with their editors.. But hey, it'll open up a lot for mods and stuff for Fallout 3, which we've all been waiting for
