dux Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 I just downloaded and watched this film after seeing it posted by Warby in the film clips thread. Jesus. No film has made me feel so depressed and hope ridden since... since... ever! A brilliantly fantastic film that I will never watch again. Quote
Spellbinder Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 Cube was really awsome. How long ago was it again? 1999? 2000? Great flick any how. Quote
dux Posted December 11, 2008 Author Report Posted December 11, 2008 1997. Eleven years :monocle: Quote
twiz Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 Jesus. No film has made me feel so depressed and hope ridden since... since... ever! Ever seen Requiem for a Dream? Quote
Steppenwolf Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 Cube is awesome. The sequels get worse and worse tho. Quote
-HP- Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 ah ah, yeah! but the sequel aint that bad.... Quote
Taylor Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 Cube is great, lots of clever stuff in there about the human psyche like the theories to why they are there. Though the sequel was kind of lame, if you liked it for reasons other than the death rooms you might like π. Most depressing and bleak film I've seen is probably Grave of the Fireflies. It gets extra points for looking so nice and innocent, and for being based on a book, based on reality, written as an 'apology.' Manly tears. Quote
JAL Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 there are no sequels I agree, never NEVER watch anything but the original Cube. The original is one of the best "horror" films of all time and the sequels are one of the worst. Quote
D3ads Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 I hated Cube, one of the shittest films I've ever watched. Quote
dux Posted December 11, 2008 Author Report Posted December 11, 2008 Not enough blood and corpses for you right Quote
Corwin Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 Most depressing and bleak film I've seen is probably Grave of the Fireflies. It gets extra points for looking so nice and innocent, and for being based on a book, based on reality, written as an 'apology. Indeed, this is the saddest movie I've seen so far. Love it. Quote
