Erratic Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 Is there any kind of Desktop Tower Defense forthe DS? I'm so addicted to that! Never played it, but I heard Ninja Town is an alright TD game. It's the only one I know of for DS. http://www.ninjatown.com/game.php Quote
AlexM Posted November 22, 2008 Report Posted November 22, 2008 I'm skeptical with ninjatown mainly because the reason it got so much hype was because the developer was former EGM staff that's just me though, if I get a chance to try it I'd love to be proven wrong Also I'm probably spoiled from pixeljunk monsters, that's gotta be the best simplistic tower defense game I've ever played Quote

Minos Posted December 28, 2008 Report Posted December 28, 2008 http://ds.ign.com/objects/686/686990.html Get this game now! It features the best use of the stylus in an action DS game I've seen so far! It makes slashing monsters with your stylus sooo satisfying. More games worth your time: - Civilization - Resident Evil - Mario & Sonic at the Olympics - Super Mario 64 DS Quote
madgernader Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 Lol, I also just got a DS about a week ago. I only got 2 games but I highly recommend both. The already stated Advance Wars: Days of Ruin is great if you like those kind of strategy games and is very similar to the other games in the series (I had advance wars 2 on GBA). By other recommendation if you haven't played the game before is Chrono Trigger. I had played it some before, but the fact that its out on DS and thus portable makes it great. I also recently ordered Contra 4, which is a great game if your up for an oldschool challenge. The fact that it also has contra and super contra as unlockables makes it even better. Quote
