-HP-
Yo all... I don't know where else to turn, I've been in the official wacom website, and their knowlege base sucks, for a change... Anyways, I'm having this really weird problem, when I'm using the wacom sometimes it simply stops working for 1 or 2 seconds, and then it comes back to life again. it's completely random, and happens every 30 seconds or so. It's kinda hard to explain, but It's a really fucking pain in the ass, and I wanted to avoid having to reinstall windows here at my work PC, because well, i got work to do! :-| Before you ask, yes this hapens in any apps I'm using, photoshop, mudbox, hell even in explorer. And yes, I did uninstall and reinstall the drivers. And btw, I tried another wacom from a colleague here at work, and It's the same, so the problem is not from the tablet itself. Sindwiller
Tried another USB port? Tried a USB port card? Post your error lo- err... nah, not possible - just try the first two options
e-freak
create a new bat: @echo off net stop tabletservice net start tabletservice echo Hit any key. pause source if this happens, just hit the bat once and try if it's gone. helped me quite alot. alternative ideas: check the pen on different tablets, go to older driver version, try if it happen with your wacom mouse aswell, lift the plastic-layer, clean beneath, clean the hotkeys (ok that shouldn't be the problem), go to former windows reset-point and test again, get yourself an pci-usb2 card (5-15€) and try it again. BaRRaKID
Looks like a problem with the USB connection, the same thing happens with my mouse. Have you tried connecting the tablet on another PC, or USB port?

-HP-
I tried everything, I even rooled back to the previous wacom drivers, i guess it helped a bit, but it still happens from time to time, fucking annoying. I think I'll have to reformat sooner or latter.
-HP-
I figured out what was wrong!! it's the fucking pen! I borrowed a pen from a colleague of mines and it works perfectly... I hope the warranty covers this!
e-freak
it should if it's within the first two years after purchase. at least that's what my intuos warranty says.
