aye I've been following them for over a year now. Progress on NS2 has always been steady and consistent so I don't see this going away anytime soon.

I also have major belief in Max (the one that makes the engine) since he was lead engine designer on titan quest (which i loved and had a really good engine).

I'm a big fan of NS since its 1.04 release, and I'm also looking forward to NS2.

I was waiting for the NS2TR, like many other level designers, when we didn't know the game was using another engine, and now we know why it never came.

That 'dynamic' lighting thing is just awesome, I already thought about some situations with that, like a hidden skulk in the dark, then the window opens and reveals it, then eats you. :oops:

The female marine is sexy as hell, no doubt I will play with this skin. :v

They got a first investor, they are working on an own engine, started to hire fulltime employees...seems like more is going behind the scenes than I expected! Gonna check that blog more regularly again from now on!

Christ. I've played this game competitively for years and years. It took many versions to get any semblance of balance. I even playtested some of the later 3.0 builds with the devs and now they go and make this radical change of mobile siege cannons. I really don't think it will work like they think it will. Nice light though.

If they change it WAY more than the original they're going to risk losing a lot of the old players and clan scene who are waiting for it. I'm not against change, but too much change for this game will be a bad thing.

Doesnt every game company end up doing this tho with sequels? I mean they always try something new.... Its pretty obvious some are not going to like it to the original and some will prefer it... \: Tbh they are doing the right thing in my mind :}!

      Two new asset releases!

      First up is Basalt. Sadly I can't release all of the assets as some of the nature stuff is from Megascans and can't be redistributed. Also only includes the assets I've made.
