FrieChamp Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 Almost a little too late to post this, but it's every 4 years that we get to talk about it, so I wouldn't want to miss that opportunity. Even though us Europeans won't have a say in the matter, I'd like to hear any opinion, but especially of course those from the Americorians! Go Obama! Quote
Ginger Lord Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 Obama seems to have it in the bag from my viewpoint. McCain/Palin seem to have stumbled at the last hurdle. Whether or not the old skin colour issue crops up on poll day is another matter, certainly has affected people in the past. I doubt it really will these days but you never know. McCain is far to old and looks like he could keel over at any point and that means Palins in charge. Oh my. Quote
st0lve Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UwjlUMoLVvA That's all I have to say, and I hope most people have an more open mind, and do not elect their president on their skin color or religious views, you are suppose to elect them due to their politics right? Sentura Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 wow. i knew that american stupidity was deeply rooted in some of their extreme religious views. i was even warned when i went there and saw it myself. still, i can't believe this is actually going down the way it is. i almost feel sorry for the few americans who are trying to change the country for the better, but have to put up with people like this... i can't imagine how huge the ball chained to their leg must be. the only solace i find in this is that their ignorance eventually will be the downfall of the country. i just hope that it does not affect the people that drive the country forward by that time. so anyway, obama all the way. -HP- Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 that bitch is really stupid... seriously, this stuff really gets on my nerves! Quote
Minos Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 I don't know anything about Obama or whether he's capable of running the country or not but I surely prefer him over Mr. Bush's pupil. Quote
KoKo5oVaR Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 Stolve, you should know that using this kind of stereotype to criticize McCain politic is as demagogic as using the Muslim argument.. (no coincidence she's fat and blond) I'm all for Obama myself, but please, try to stay out of that kind of demagogy, from the right or the left side of politic. It's not that simple and it gets on my nerves way much more than this poor woman and her stupid opinions. Quote
st0lve Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 I just posted that video cause it's hella funny. And I didn't say anything about McCain or Obamas politics, I just hope that people vote on what kind of politics they think is right, and not religion or skin color, no matter if they vote on the white and christian dude or the semi-black used to be a muslim dude. dux Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 As Reginald D. Hunter once said: It would be like Morgan Freeman in that Movie deep Impact. Black man finally getting to be a president but the country ain't worth a shit no more. P.S That woman is insane. Look at her eyes. Quote
Steppenwolf Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 If people in america vote for the repiblicans agains means that the movie "Idiocracy" becomes reality a lot earlier then predicted. Quote
