The 6.5 is really the best of both rounds, the speed from 5.56 and the punch from 7.62. I believe you can just convert your standard AR15 designed rifle (aka m16\m4), by adding new barrel and top receiver. But no, it haven't been in CSS or CS, and it never will. But when all come to show, Gaming Discussion fitted the best. The question was in all fairness about if the weapon would be or are in CSS. I dunno, if i made a poo i appologize.
