Bioshock 2!

So Bioshock 2 was just announced to be slipping into FY 2010. Meaning it will most likely skip the holidays completely. Arkane Studios are also working on the multiplayer it seems, which may be another reason for the delay (the more teams, the more chances)

This holiday season seems all the more set clear for the very few blockbuster releases that will come out. MW2, AC2, Conviction and Uncharted 2. Last two being exclusive titles, they'll be good candidates for a sales comparison. I actually think they're set to sell about the same.

I wasnt a fan of the first game because it felt like i was playing doom 3 with water.... (sorry just my opinion, i respect that other people love this game)

However!!! this one looks rather interesting. Looks like they upped the different enemies and situations. Looks like a solid title tbh!

Never understood what was so great about the first one , athmosphere was very cool but i got bored with it very fast. This looks exactly like the first bioshock to me

I loved Bioshock the first time through, but my I made the horrible mistake of playing it two times back to back, and it really didn't hold up very well the second time through. Been more or less ignoring this new one for a while, but I guess that I will play it once it comes out, just ain't terribly excited about it.

left 4 dead 2 looks identically crap to the first and everyone's jumping over that, so what if this looks the same too?

Indeed, I dont feel there's anything fresh or exciting from what i've seen of the sequel. The first, although oozing atmosphere, was horribly linear and lacked any real depth. This one just looks like more of the same, in fact I'd say it looks more action less atmosphere this time around.

He's not saying "Don't play it because it looks the same." He's saying "I didn't enjoy the first game, and as this looks the same i probably wont enjoy this."

I have similar feelings, I'll definitely try this but there are other games my money is prioritised for at the moment.
