They just send you a key when the game is released kind of thing and you register it on steam.

I know the feeling though, I hate having my games split among platforms, but I go where the sales take me.

The standard one is called "Nordic Edition" here. Still I am very tempted to get Collectors Edition but the pricetag is three times the price of the standard edition
