Work Release Guidelines

[Thrik]

This forum is for sharing a finished version of your work with the community. That doesn't mean it has to be the last version of your work you ever do (ie: you can release a version 2 in this forum too), but it should be something you can describe as 'done'.

Examples of things you can post here:

• Finished/nearly-finished/beta levels (ie: something you're happy for people to put on servers)
  
• High-detail models
  
• Model packs
  
• Photo galleries
  
• Texture packs
  
• Traditional/digital paintings
  

Things you shouldn't post here:

• Individual photos
  
• Individual textures
  
• Minor models (eg: miscellaneous level assets)
  
• Sketches & draft paintings
  
• Very incomplete levels
  

Don't forget we have a 3D and 2D forum that can be used for sharing anything that falls into the second list. The reason the above criteria is used is so the work release forum doesn't become too congested, ensuring authors' work isn't buried in a mass of random texture/model/help threads.
