Gonna be really interesting to see where they take GTA next, especially in terms of locations. Having something set in a Paris or Rome like city, or some other European city could be cool, then set in the 70s (or just have all of europe D:! sicko rockstar north). Could also be cool with some asian inspired stuff, having something set in a Tokyo or Hong Kong'ish city cud be really neat.

But I guess they'll stick to something american, since thats where the majority of the market is

And tbh then Im not that interested in multiplayer GTA, although it'll be kickass for sure when it comes, but its the singleplayer stuff I think r0x0rz~

I bet it will be Europe since this the last GTA for the PS2 and next will definately be the next gen, so its goign to be HUGE. 5+ cities and lots and lots of crap going on. Maybe an island city !

In VC and the original GTA3, there was water all around the cities, with an invisible barrier that you couldn't pass. In SA there's a huge desert...so how did they work that out?

You know that bit in The Mummy, where the desert comes alive and forms a huge face? Yeah? That doesn't happen. Instead, I think there's another invisible barrier.

you can fly/swim/boat forever in SA. I tried swimming for about 10-15 minutes (yeah I know its a long ass time, so I think it was probably more 5-7 minutes which sounds more reasonable) thinking that I would be eaten by sharks as the barrier. I saw sharks but was never stopped, so I reloaded my save, got into the Los Santos Airport (which is locked, you just ahve to find teh right wall to jump over), stole a jet, and then few south for about 5 minutes and never once hit a barrier.

I think that it just loads a little section over and over and over so you really hit the end of the world, but it just loads that last part of the map over again.

The ability to swim in San Andreas has got to be one of the biggest improvements in my opinion. Water has suddenly become your friend rather than your enemy when you're in a heaty car chase, and just driving or jumping into the water suddenly opens a million new solutions.

the feature i like mostest is the ability to climb / jump over fences, on foot chases can seem so much cooler and you can divert through someones back garden
