MNeMiC Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 Haven't posted anything here for ages, so here's some graffitied wall I rustled up... I took that bear graffitti photograph and put it up at CGTextures :D:D:D Quote
D3ads Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 Oh yeah? It's a good ref! I hope you like what I did with it Quote
rockdude86 Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 my first brick texture c&c very welcome... Quote
rockdude86 Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 trying out some more stuff *for some reason liking the greenish aqua style* Quote
Buddy Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 It looks like a underwater coral thing behind window. Looks blue to me. Quote
fonfa Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 it's a good start. but the texture is too dark and the gaps are plain black and too straight Quote
Sentura Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 well yeah but it could be a grid... i'd say that hte gaps maybe were a bit too large, but that's about it. Quote
ifO Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 Are these totally by hand? They don't look too good. Use some decent photorefs. Quote
Sly Assassin Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 been fiddling with making my own brushes, thought I'd try a grunge and crack brush I'd made on this stucco. I'd like some C&C on this thanks. Quote
Seldoon182 Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 Cool stuff Grippy, i made some modification... Quote
Jenn0_Bing Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 I like that concrete a lot Gippy, the tweaks work well too Seldoon. Here's a few more I've done. Quote
Buddy Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 Ceramic tiles are not 'attached' to the wall, they have sort of a.. glue to stick em to it, when you remove a tile the 'glue' remains mostly on corners (hence you only 'glue' the edges), leaving empty parts just clean dark concrete(?) makes it look weird. I'm not fan of those 'cracked' tiny tiles as well and those semi-broken, while a tile can detach from the wall and fall down due to , let's say weather, it won't just break in half, even an earth quake will make them fall of completly. The problem with all 3 textures is that i can't tell 100% for sure what sort of material are they, other than that it's looking good. Keep it up. Quote
