JohnC Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 So, wasn't really expecting a wave of awesome today, but it came. Telltale games, the guys behind Sam and Max and Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People are working on episodic Wallace and Gromit games. Page on Telltale's site. I'd say they handled the claymation style pretty well. Quote

PogoP Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 I was never really a big fan of Wallace and Gromit... Quote
Sentura Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 the shows were mildly funny, but a video game? naaah. Quote
Thrik Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 I don't particularly think of humour first when I think of Wallace and Gromit. It's just generally enjoyable due to its combination of writing, presentation, etc, and I think it lends itself very well to an adventure game being created by the guys responsible for a lot of LucasArts' classic adventure games such as Monkey Island and Grim Fandango. Or it might just not work at all. But if anyone's going to make a good game out of the W&G license, I'd say Telltale are the guys. They're practically 1990s LucasArts #2. Quote
