Alright hear me out, cause I really have no idea what I should get playing next...

I bought my X360 in February, with Rock Band. Since then I have bought Forza 2, Mass Effect and GTAIV, and was offered Assassin's Creed, Naruto Rise of a Ninja and Lego Star Wars TCS.

I've finished all these games, and I'm now turning to Mapcore to help me decide what the next games will be. I'm a sucker for great narrative, story telling adventure/action/RPG games. I'm looking at old titles because the current line up hasn't been interesting at all afaic. So Bargain prices, more than 6 months old titles really. I won't pay 60 dollars for any games on the system right now, as none are worth it imho.

Dead Rising, Ninja Gaiden II, GRID, Battlefield: Bad Company, Fable 2, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Gears of War, Bioshock.

Some phun games I can think of

The Darkness - FPS based on the popular comic book, Teddybear worked on it.

Yeah can recommend that too. Very solid game. And it's nice to just walk around and look at the art :)

Other than that Lost Planet can probably be found REALLY cheap now. Got very bored with Bioshock right away but I should really give that one another chance from scratch I think.

Eternal Sonata, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Ninety-Nine Nights, Ninja Gaiden II... If your into those Japanese kind of games.

Eternal Sonata is probably my favorite game on the 360.

Yes, this. If you have the balls for it, that is. :-D

Seriously, one of the best action games you'll ever play. It's leaps over the first in pacing and speed. That alone is worth it. Ignore whatever negatives people may have against it. They're wrong.

Also, Halo 3. Still the most godly online experience going.

Thanks Shadow, I may check those out. I'll also get the Darkness. Bioshock I have on the PC, and I've already beat Gears in Coop and don't want to buy my own copy.

Ninja Gaiden II is supposed to be hard as shit which easily translates into frustratingly infuriating, which is as far a gaming experience as I want to be.

Is there anything relatively close to the pure awesomeness that was FFVII (in terms of story telling, depth of the experience, length of the game)?

When I have that kinda money, my xbox crashes down and there are more games of that caliber on the system, I will definitely retire Microsoft from my gaming systems and make the move. I guess sometime in 2010...

Edit: I just borrowed CoD4, Hitman Blood Money and Burnout Paradise from a friend of mine, I guess I'll start with those :)
