After paying off student loans last Thursday, decided to by this little number the next day ...

And I still need to check out Mass Effect... We should all probably work on creating a specific strain of tree species that grows whichever currency you plant the tree with, and of course keep it a secret from the masses to avoid complete global economic failure. These are just ides.

Really... I mean, awesome graphics, story, setting, characters... but the combat is a little lackluster.

Mino is right, Mass Effect for me is the best RPG game in ... well ... AGES~ The combat is defo the weakest aspect of it, but thats only because the other parts are done to absolute perfection. The combat is better than most 3rd person games I play, that just shows you how good everything else must be

Yeah I agree the game is superd though, it's just that, if they had a little bit more variation/depth to the combat, the game would be totally epic in all possible ways.

Just purchased my copy yesterday, played it for about 2 hours. So far so good

And of course I'm gonna play through as evil the first time around, then beat it a second time as good, just like how I did with the first game.

I always end up playing the good guy no matter what. Throughout all the good/evil games, I constantly want to murder and steal but can never bring myself to go through with it
