FMPONE Posted December 29, 2021 Report Posted December 29, 2021 The fitbit is definitely a great choice. I had a fantastic experience with the HR and it's dirt cheap. Quote
Bunglo Posted February 9, 2022 Report Posted February 9, 2022 Just got done setting up the desk helder recommended, should be perfect for my needs. Plenty of room thanks to that monitor shelf, fairly solid quality for the price. I still need to buy a floor mat but damn does it feel good to not be sitting on my ass while I'm working on shit. -HP- and blackdog 1 1 Quote
WD Posted June 21, 2022 Report Posted June 21, 2022 Scratched some things off the "I'll buy it when I absolutely have to" list a good bed a car Holy hell I did not expect how comfortable it is to sleep on a good mattress. My chronic sore back just completely relaxes for the night. Though I don't think my sleep has gotten that much better after the later purchase, my previous car was really at it's last leg. Being this poor all of a sudden gives me anxiety. blackdog 1 Quote
AlexM Posted August 3, 2022 Report Posted August 3, 2022 Broke my TV about 4 months ago and wasn't planning to get another one but a bunch of people talked me into the LG C2 TV. Supposed to get here in a week or so. I'm holding off playing the PS5 etc until then. I'm most interested to see HDR since that's not something you can really show on youtube on an LDR screen. blackdog 1 Quote

I’ve seen few blurays but I couldn’t tell the difference. But in games it really makes the image pop when used with proper tone mapping. It took me few months before I realized to turn off the horrible TV default HDR setting and use HGiG mode. I recommend looking that up. I just wish HDR were implemented in games more often. Playstation should have the XBox equivalent auto HDR feature so that we could play older titles with deeper colors. Ghost Of Tshusima especially has some of the best HDR I’ve seen so far. Oh interesting. I'll look into HGiG So the funny thing was I was playing Elden ring and thinking it looks really good with HDR. Then I realized HDR was off After turning it on it REALLY looked good. Everyone noticed a profound difference. Quote
