Puddy Posted September 14, 2012 Report Posted September 14, 2012 x2 After a lot of test-listens and soulsearching I bought a pair of Yamaha HS50M monitors along with an external soundcard. I'm currently investigating if I need the woofer as well or if the monitors deliver enough bass for my needs. The current answer is; no. Some songs just needs that extra oomph. So it's very likely that a HS-10W woofer will find it's way to my setup... I've had these babies for 1,5 months now and I can definitely recommend 'em! If you want crisp, clear sound that isn't "coloured" (exaggerated bass for example) you can't go wrong with these!!! Also, I've changed my mind when it comes to getting a woofer. Don't feel I need one! Quote

st0lve Posted September 20, 2012 Report Posted September 20, 2012 Internets connection! Been without one since the 1st. Sucks balls (2/1), but I will get a better connection soon. New jacket! Norrøna Trollveggen Dri3: New laptop! A "no name" (Clevo W150 I think) one, with a GF GT 650 (1GB DDR5), i7-3820QM 2.7-3.7GHz and 8 gigs of ram. Now I'll save monies to buy my own 3d printer Quote
