Chunks Posted April 7, 2008 Report Posted April 7, 2008 Quick question: I am uving a model and realized that when I created the uv I forgot to attach a small piece of geometry to the rest of the model. Is there a way to attach it without having to restart the UV? Quote
Pericolos0 Posted April 7, 2008 Report Posted April 7, 2008 turn your model back into an editable poly, your uvs will be kept. If you go back to the unwrap uvw modifier you can just continue with what you already did. Quote
Minos Posted April 7, 2008 Report Posted April 7, 2008 There's also a checkbox in editable poly "Preserve UVs". But I'd recommend converting them to edit mesh, since the chances you will get your uvs screwed are a lot smaller. Quote
