    Map is now canceled (has been for a few months). Sorry, but we just couldn't compete with a map, with the same theme and same ideas we had, that's been under development for 3+ years and was permitted into the contest.

    In collaboration with @Kale -> Defusal map based off of the griffith observatory and mount wilson observatory. Griffith's setting has a city setting to it while Mount Wilson's setting has a more natural setting. Our map will be a crossing of their settings.

    Yes it looks blank on the mini map, but the idea with mid is that it will take place on a glass bridge that connects to the two parts of the map together.

    FYI: This is definetly not the final map. This map is broken with many holes and places to boost out of. The only purpose for this version is layout feedback, so feedback would be greatly appreciated!

    Redone the night club part of the map or the B site entrance Tunnels. Has a glass roof that lets light in!

    Try using a tar_mark to basically cover that area? I'm not that experienced with tar too lol

    I found out what it was, i didn't know how to use level splits properly.

    @H1PP0P0T4MU5 Just focus on gameplay and scale. Make sure you don't have insane sightlines. Change based on feedback. Only start detailing and texturing after you finish the layout and know what everything will be. You got this

    Update: No longer working on this map as of september. I may continue working on it some time after the contest.
     
     
    My contest map will be set on a hill with a cable car station.
    Bombsite A will take place inside the station, while B will be under a huge tent housing an ancient ruins exhibition.

     
    The layout is very much a WIP and not ready for playtests yet, but hopefully it will be soon. Some screenshots below:

    I started 3 months ago mapping and have made constant progress after it.
