Hello. I am going to have a stab at the mapping contest even though only 2 months are left. My upcoming (and first) map for CS GO will be called De_Progress and focus on elevating the skill ceiling as high as possible by introducing elements that advanced players can use to their advantage while still keeping the map simple enough to be played in a fair competitive environment. While I haven't decided on a setting yet I know that I want my map to be very clean and straight forward graphic wise, not completely barren of course, but be very minimalistic in what it includes. To still be pleasing graphically but focusing on the competitive aspect. More updates to follow in this thread. Thanks for your attention.
