Just updated the workshop with latest changes. LINK! Last few weeks we been working on defining some of the areas as well as working on initial color palette of the map. Some areas turned from big blocks to something that has a proper shape and a bit more detail to help ground them in general theme of the map. Here are some screenshots and a golf course map that our artists prepared! Good luck to everyone that managed to enter the contest!

Updated the map with some colors and gameplay changes that should address some minor issues. - Added colors - Moved the sewer exit - Added more space near the sewer exit - Added skill jump from sewer to CT B upper path - Added cover in the middle of middle - Added a crate to allow self boost on middle - Removed railing on mid tower stairs so that the jump from the stairs to the bridge doesnt require additional jump - Extended cover on A bombsite to prevent players from hiding - Added missing env probes - Fixed some lighting artifacts

Good luck. Already love the theme

Finally got time to properly work on B bombsite. Previous versions were super raw and weren't something I was happy with - a placeholder you might say. We can finally test the idea of switchable window background on the bombsite. Since the beginning of this project we wanted to have a controllable background for the B bombsite with changes to lighting. Not sure if it's possible but with this geometry we can finally test it properly. We are also after second playtest on mapcore and we believe that the map is going into right direction. Few off angles here and there that were fixed in today's update. Next step is to work on path leading to B bombsite since this is a part I'm also not 100% satisfied. Cheers!

Now thats an adventure! Crazy interesting theme. Good luck! -
In preparation for today's playtest we shipped a first version of de_grail to the workshop. That being said we can reveal a bit about the overall theme of the map. We decided to go with a castle themed mini golf course. We took some of the ideas from real life examples and decided to make them bigger - turning our golf course to something that reassembles a disneyland rather than real life mini golf course when it comes to the size. We believe that it makes the theme more fun, adventurous and easier to work with on gameplay axis. In the future, newer versions will include the golf courses themselves and a bit more of the technical infrastructure. Some of the aspects of the map are still a bit rough but the backbone of the map is there and is ready to be playtested. We want to check if our idea for the gameplay theme will work and if we can move forward with it. Here is a link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3246527710 And here are some screenshots from the workshop version.
