  4. Hey all, So it's been forever since I've posted here but I could use some feedback and suggestions on how to ensure fair gameplay on dark / dimly lit night maps. How do you achieve a darker evening map but also help keep things fair. One of the main issues with night maps is that players can easily pull up the graphic settings and crank their gamma or raise the brightness on their monitor to achieve an unfair advantage over those that keep their gamma settings consistent across all maps. Are there any tips or suggestions on how to solve this issue? Thanks! ..oxy..

  12. Are there any tutorials for the Maya->Source workflow out there? I was searching a while ago, but i didn't find anything helpful. I'd like to continue mapping and i should start to create my own models.   13. I'm getting close to the first beta release but I need help with soundscapes. Ideally, I would be able to create my own but I'm having some trouble. I have copied 'soundscapes_district' and renamed it to 'soundscapes_gizab'. I then went through and replaced 'district' with 'gizab' and saved the file. I added 'soundscape_gizab' to the soundscape_manifest.txt file and tried placing them in the /scripts folder but can't play them ingame using the playsoundscapes command. I also tried placing them in /misc/scripts folder as that is where I found them using CFGScrape. Anybody help me out?
