  4. There has been a little testmatch recently wich led to some very good feedback on how to simplify some of the areas. Many thanks to RZL, csWaldo and Vaya! The outside route will mostly stay untouched for now. I read about that contest some days ago. I didn't plan on it in the first place but if I'll have something presentable by december 13th I'll submit it.
  5. Here is a wingman map that I'm working on since about 3 month. workshop link At the moment I'm using some of the awesome resort props by @Yanzl. Other than that the map is currently filled with dev textures and wip props. If you have any kind of feedback I'll be happy to hear it.

  8. Imho the new look of the swimming pool is a little bit to clean. Also what rzl said about the storm drain being concrete and stuff. nice work, keep going!

    Very nice @Vorontsov. I would only suggest to alter that font to better match the art deco-like look from your reference. Right now it looks like you added some random lines to the characters.
  14. I tryed this myself once and can tell you that it's just hindering your creativity. Not recommended.

  16. Really nice changes. I like it a lot. I've noticed that somehow I can't associate tga or png-files to VMT_Editor.exe in Windows. Worked fine in version 1.2.4 though. But dragging the files onto the program / shortcut directly still works so no problem . Thanks for the effort.
  17. I'm trying to get going with @Yanzl's Source Shader but it seems to me that the diffuse isn't showing properly. For instance when I use @Motanum's example substance it looks like this: while I'm sure it should look like this Apparently it works fine for everybody else so I'm obviously doing something wrong. Hint requested.
