    Looks really nice Nawbie, I really like the look of the second picture especially. My concern for the first picture is the amount of fences you have could be distracting, could just be that angle though

    The sickly green glow has infected your map! Quickly rid it of said ailment and fix that lighting!

    A little progress with my trenches. It is going to be CT spawn with bombsite (Well, military base set in Afghanistan). Terrorists objecive is already obvious. Let's get rid of democracy !

    This looks amazing, congratulations man! I'll have to try this out soon, this looks like one of the best Halloween maps for tf2 that I've seen.

    Ever since Valve said on their blog that they aren't going to participate in TF2 halloween this year that much, i took one of my older creations and haunted it. By haunting, i mean i gave it new visual look and horrors from past halloweens with slight changes to gameplay and additions that were required to make it work. Some new areas, some old areas changes. The end product is Hellstone on Steam workshop. My end goal was to provide something for the players to play on this halloween, as there wasn't much maps in the workshop at that time. There are some more now popping up but more the merrier, right?
    Idea is to for BLU team to help friendly ghost back to hell by pushing the cart with the ghost in it. Map has spells, ghosts, horseless headless horseman, monoculus, skeletons, pumpkins, skulls, horror (said by colin mochrie) and more monoculus with explosions (hi michael bay) and even more ghosts and hellish places. Here's some shots!
     
     



    Incase you are wondering, yes, it's pretty entity heavy ~1232 used in the beginning but i've tested this with 30 players and it didn't crash no matter what we did. The entities do go off the further the cart is pushed. I remove all entities that aren't needed anymore as the payload cart progresses further and spawns change. So, here it is, i even setup a server for it 89.166.50.111:27015 (Finland). Go play!
    PS: If you download this from steam workshop, it really doesn't like .nav files. Bots, bosses and skeletons wont move if you use the workshop version. If you connect to that server, you get the same version as the workshop is and things work fine.

    Now, that I have more time again for personal projects I want to pick up some new stuff. First on my list is Substance Painter, and it's been really awesome so far.
    So I decided to rebake an old piece of mine and to retexture it :). It's still work in progress, details like decals and small stuff is missing, but wanted to share anyways.
    All pictures are from inside UE4. The mesh has around 22k triangles and I use two set of 4k maps.

    2 things really stick out like a sore thumb for me on this map (which is damn fun to play, let me say that )

    - the glass window on mid makes for awkward fights. It soaks up damage and should really be changed
    - The 'smoke grenade here plz' sign feels too contrived. I know you were going for a training area theme but I dislike assets that tell players how to play a map- more so for a smoke that gives the terrorists a lot of control of mid

    Version 0.6 is coming along nicely with new models and textures, as well as some minor gameplay improvements. Unfortunately I won't be able to push this to the workshop in time for the playtest tonight.
    Changes to windows:
    Non 45 or 90 degree geometry:
    Next up is working on arches and door openings, as well as giving T spawn a lift.
