I downloaded a mustang 67 model from the google 3d warehouse and exported it to an .obj file
So far all was well i followed a tutorial for the XSI mod tool on how to export the smds and materials
And still i havent got a problem , Then i used Cannonfodders studio compiler to compile the model and textures and still its ok
I opened it up in the SDK modelviewer and it looks very very nice. Then i open hammer create a random brush and make prop_static entity and go to the properties
then i try to select a world model and hammer crashes everytime
I just wondedring guys like the model obviously works since it came up in in the Hl modelviewer
Anyone have any suggestions as to how to get it working in hammer
Would the file size be too big maybe too many polygons ?
i dont know i hope you guys can help shed some light
