As part of production team, organize the creation of builds & maintain the release and distribution of builds throughout the product lifecycle. Interact closely with team management, development leads and QA team to maintain efficient, reliable build releases. Responsibilities Work with Production and QA teams to set requirements for specific build content Track integration and testing of features with development team and QA. Constantly review and improve release plans to optimise effort and manage schedule risks. Develop build validation system to ensure new versions of software meet requirements prior to release / distribution. Manage documentation associated with releases. Regularly review and develop processes and procedures to enhance release efficiency. Realtime Worlds ("RTW") is seeking a Program Manager ("PM") to join the senior leadership team and drive the end-to-end delivery of All Points Bulletin ("APB"), the urban-themed persistent online action game currently under development in our Dundee studio. The role entails owning a multi-faceted set of task components related to commercializing and supporting a blockbuster online game. The PM will be responsible for coordinating across RTW's numerous functions (development, operations, marketing, business development) and with its external partners to successfully deliver the APB online gaming experience to millions of consumers. The PM's project management tasks will include measuring progress, tracking dependencies, communicating status, and ultimately ensuring everything is in place for a successful APB launch. Qualifications Required Good BSc or equivalent in a relevant subject. Experience Required At least 3 years experience in a Project Management / Senior Production / Senior Development role having been responsible for the full life cycle of development of more than one title. Previous Executive Producer or equivalent responsibility with proven success in shipping quality products.. The role will involve the design and production of quality audio content by recording editing and implementing original sounds. Responsibilities Recording and creating sounds. Editing material from recordings and elsewhere into final in-game assets. Implement assets into the game using AudioKinetic's Wwise and custom interfaces based on Unreal Engine 3. Tune parameters that affect the sound of the assets in the game. Assist with the final mixing of the game. Assist the audio lead in determining what audio content will be created. Assist the audio lead in designing audio systems for the game. Qualifications Required Degree or other qualification in a relevant subject area e.g. Audio Technology. This role will focus specifically on the design and creation of visual effects, helping to create high quality in-game effects for a next-gen online game. Responsibilities Responsible for the creation of a wide range of visual effect art assets, created within the constraints of the target budget. Work with Lead Artist in creating spectacular visual effects work which is consistent with the established visual styling of the game. Will be responsible for all technical and aesthetic considerations for the project's visual effects. Take responsibility for producing own work to a high standard and to any agreed schedules. Present ideas and artwork in such a way as to communicate these ideas clearly, explaining artistic and technical issues. Create final quality visual effects using the Unreal 3 Editor and its tools.
