Do you investigate the problem or should we accept the different lightning?

The lightning is correct if I start a local game. If I connect with the same computer to a Linux dedicated server with the same map, the lightning is like on the image.

Someone else have a different lightning on a dedicated server? If I play the map local, the lightning is correct. Otherwise:

These black fences have some problems, it looks odd and it starts to flicker. It's near the red base.

Very nice, I hope you finish it soon. I have found one bug: These crates are not solid, players can pass through. It's near the middle cap.

Google tells me 11.8 Million SMF installations and 26.5 million phpbb installations, so both is very popular. If you know PHP I would suggest you to take a look to the source code of each, you will see a big difference. I don't want to advertise SMF, I only want to take care of this community and suggest you only not to use phpbb. Even if there are fast patches in the future, let's hope the hackers and bots will not know before these exploits.
