Lead Game Designer Bajo la supervisión del Director de Proyecto y el Productor, y trabajando estrechamente con los Jefes de Programación y Arte, liderarás un equipo de diseñadores para concebir y llevar a cabo nuevos conceptos de Juego On-line casuales. Requerimientos:  +2 años de experiencia profesional en diseño de videojuegos (con al menos 1 juego publicado, preferiblemente en el ámbito on-line).  Excelentes habilidades de presentación y comunicación verbal y escrita, capaz de transmitir conceptos creativos de una forma clara y concisa.  Altas dosis de creatividad e ingenio, capaz de idear conceptos originales y atractivos, y transformarlos en productos realizables y entretenidos.  Sólidos conocimientos en materia de diseño de videojuegos y sus reglas / teorías / principios.
