  1. Saw the movie this past weekend. Liked it alot, the plot weren't the best but it definitely delivered solid movie value.
  2. I booked my copy over a month ago. Got to be out in good time if you want a CE on release day To bad that i don't live close to any city that will have blizzard employees visiting the store.
  3. I managed to score 4. Good enough Though i would do even worse, sometime it feels like I'm totally colorblind.
  4. Very cool indeed!
  5. Just bought me a car. First wash done, now i just need to wax and work on some minor details and it will be looking brand new Sorry for the bad pictures, i only have my phone camera.
  6. Bought this a few days ago. It was on sale for a rely good price so i couldn't resist it! Just completed halo so now i need to get me a few more games. Gta IV, Forza 2 and viva pinata will be next! ^^
  7. Just got myself a 360 elite! xbl: NormySan
  8. Well, it's actually good that they are different since we don't use the same voltage. If i would take a product made for the US market and plug it into a power socket over here it would most definitely fry unless it supports both. Most power supplies have a switch that enables you to switch between the two.
  9. Wow, amazing! Can't wait

    monitor?

Yeah, i would also recommend a samsung. Solid build quality, good price, good picture quality.
  13. Played the PC demo, didn't relly like it. To much arcade for my taste. And the blur makes the game look like shiet.
  14. I would say go with xp. Vista is nice but you lose to much performance in resource heavier games and programs.
  15. Relly sweet, i love em!
  16. I would guess that you have ddr1 ram.
  17. To be honest, you can't run crysis in dx10 at very high with a 8800gt. It's unplayable. Atleast if you want to play at a decent resolution. Even with a dual 8800gt setup you get low fps. You need a monster rig to run this game. And in reply to what peris said. The 8800gt isn't a high end card, not if you look at the pricing. Depending on where you live you can get the card way cheaper than €250. If you compare price per fps the 8800gt is the best card to get imo. If you wanted a card like this about 1 month ago you would have to buy a 8800gtx at about €450. I haven't relly checked out any reviews on the new ATI cards. I think they are a tad bit cheaper and a tiny bit slower but i belive you still get alot for youre money.
  18. I would wait untill i could buy a totaly new rig. The prices right now on computer parts are a dream! You can get a brand spanking new computer for a very reasonable amount of money (well, atleast here in sweden you can). You're rig sounds very old, you don't say what kind of CPU you have... My OLD rig had a AMD 3200+, 1gig ram, and ati 9700 that is way better than a gf4. If you could get any of those 6800s for a very low price go ahead and buy but don't go to the store and get a new set of ddr1 ram sticks or an AGP card. NOT worth it. Even if the "newer" games like hl2, q4, fear etc will run better they won't run anywhere near like they will on a new computer.

    Crysis Reviews

It's the same with the huge dome. Looking away from it you get decent fps and it's playable but if you turn around and look in the direction of the dome it drops instantly and becomes almost unplayable.

    Crysis Reviews

-- Spoilers? -- Just completed crysis! It's an awesome game but damn it requires alot of juice from the gfx card. I bough a 8800gt just to play crysis but still that wasn't enough! It laggs so bad in dx10, had to play in dx9. Guess i didn't have to install vista after all But the visuals are simply amazing, sometimes it feels like you are playing a movie instead of a game! The levels inside the alien "ship" were simply amazing at points. Great game tough, will definitely have to give it another runthrough sometime when i get a new gfx >_< Going to try out the multiplayer now!
  22. I don't do much modeling and i can't boast about having any skills in it either, but when i have played around some with it i found maya to be the tool that worked best for me. I have never been able to export a model to source tough, i've tried everyting! So if you are going to do source models don't go maya I did try 3ds max in the past but i could never relly get my head around it. I have been playing some with XSI to, not much but i like it so far. And it seams to be a very good tool for poly modeling.
  23. I must say that this is coming along relly nicely. Keep up the great work!
  24. Very nice game, i can only run at medium with my crap 256mb x1950xt so i decided to get a new one Pre-Ordered a 8800GT! Costs only 2100 SEK, about ~$300 with the super low dollar value.
  25. What he said!
