  1. Are you a PC gamer who's never tried Far Cry, Rayman's Raving Rabbids or Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time? Well today all four games have shown up on FilePlanet, completely free of charge for subscribers to the service. Well, not exactly completely free. They are all now in convenient as supported form, meaning you'll get a healthy dose of marketing along with your free game, but hell, these are some pretty awesome titles to get for the low, low price of watching a few commercials. Not sure if this is a temporary deal or what, as Ghost Recon was up there as well but the link is now not working, so you might need to hop on this ASAP.

  2. skdr, it seems you't doing pretty well man, congrats, and I hope you keep up! :)

Well, I've been pretty good myself as well.

I finished high school last July, and I got my first Level Designer/3d modeler job this month, I'm loving it, and I can't imagine myself doing anything else, but this! It's a dream came true...

Finally, all those nights messing with game editors, 3dsmax, watching and reading tutorials, listening to my mom yelling at me at 3am: "for god sake, go to bed!!", all this is starting to actually pay of! :D

Portugal, as some of you probably know, has a mediocre economy, so life isn't exactly luxurious around here, but, at least for me, the thing that matters the most, is working in an area that you really love, and have enough money to spend a nice, peacefully and healthy life, withs lot's and lot's of games on your bedroom's shelves!! :P

I got a beautiful girlfriend, with over 2 years in store as well! And I have never been happier...

    Cheers all! :mario:

  3. Heh, I had an instance where all 3 Big Daddies of one level were placed pretty much in the same 2-3 meter radius. Funny thing is that it wasn't like I used the same tactic for them, was all by coincidence that the fight ended there :)

I guess that's the beauty of Bioshock, you never know what ur gonna get

  4. it all comes with time Slick.

It's like changing from 3dsmax for XSi for example, at the beggining you miss lots of stuff, and you say, "omg, it was so much easyer on 3dsmax.", but you'll get the hang of it, with time.

In the end, almost everything is the same, it's just the way you do it, that changes!
