The displacements on the ceiling look unnatural there. Have the ceiling overlap it a little maybe. The way it is now, it looks like the stone was there before the stuff that comes out of the ceiling, which is not what you were aiming for I guess?
Oh and don't listen to Rick, he's a fog hater.

Keep the red bricks? It would spice the inside up a little.

The only thing I really like is the front with the red / yellow brick pillars >_> The other parts and especially the back look boring. Not bad though for a first timer

Use single light entity to illuminate the models (if you have any) for the spotlights and a little bit around it. Oh and make the awning / mini-roof part a proper awning / mini-roof part (it's just a cut off triangle now, isn't it?).

Maybe use some displacements with a sand texture so it looks like sand was blown to the edges.

lawlMeh, I also lurk. Including H2, Quakis and Rick that's 7.

Hay boobies ftw

what are those doing there? any purpose for them? can't see any fields >.>

That's neat vivi, your render is kinda dark that i can barely see the texture, also the metal bars look unskinned, i can see the wires

make the new seams darker and voila, floortiles!?
you might also want to rotate what's inbetween the seams to make it look more random.

What about turning the hay boobies into something nicer?
I like the one in Red Orchestra:
Just add some brownish grass sprites
