Maybe it'll end up as a Insurgency map, one without the omni-present sand/yellow hue

That's nothing...press f9 and enter and you'll see what I mean

Like Dutch-biased 'liberation of the netherlands'-ww2-games?

Only feedback I can give you: It's a french town...another one. Doesn't matter( to me at least) how good you make it look, it stays a french town. I've seen enough of those, that it actually ruined my vacation to france...

Even if you're on the way to enhance the dods' gameplay, that physic ramp should embarrass the player's movement... How will you fix that ? onAlliesCap -> disableMotion you can trigger the explosion. let everything fall down which would take like 5 seconds. then freeze all physics by disabling motion. I would advise to use a phys_hinge then too, you could get some more control as to where the radaris going to end up, and makes it more predictable. If by any chance the radar gets frozen up in mid-air, the remaining 5-10 mins of playable time is wasted

it's not mine, sorry for giving the wrong impression by quoting the images too

I would personally say, that it could use some more alternate light colors. All I can see is this (too) dark-toned yellow

Agreed, another french town

Learned to model and compile for source(finally *sigh*)

Might be just me, but that bridge looks a bit akward to me. Either make it straight the whole way or sloped, but not both IMO

You know how retarded that sounds...

The only thing that bothers me is that door...there's probably a glass plate where you have to walk across, but it's nearly invisible. I think a grate would be better

it is

Something I've wipped up for DoD:S Exterior(1 corner is destroyable) Interior I quite like how the interior turned out with the volumetric light

Shit, we dutchies invented so bloody much, we got our own page for it just to keep track: http://uitvind.startpagina.nl/ No idea what all of that does though
-
Proly because all the flat surfaces are divided by 3ds into tri's...which could lead to bad results

I see the supports for the stairs(to the left) going through a window. Glass is know to be a not-so very good anchor point

Think that's because he hasn't textured it yet

Looks good, but what's up with the weird zoom in on the first shots?

I'm amazed that Scotland is a country... Netherlands comes in 7th ^^
