err thats beside the point. The reason I ask, Is because there is a major difference between creating a shader and using a shader.

it should a night map, with stars everywhere, then in the distance should be a glowing moon. Then surround your ship in function_smoke_volume (?) to make it look like the ship is moving.
Anything to draw the attention away from the water!

nervousquirrel, I really think you should take down the images of the "maps"
it gives a really bad first impression. Stay in the dark, no need for pictures of squares in more squares.

big ben eating the citadel doesn't really look like a model, but more like a bad photochop for some reason. And the textures are pretty blury. Cool models though.
