    US States: 80% - 95 miles Europe: 93% - 24 miles (they started with Austria, Moldova and Malta ffs, where's my frame of reference pfff) Asia: 94% - 38 miles (i hate Tajikistan) Afrika: 94% - 27 miles South-America: 96% - 8 miles Quite fun these tests, and i was bored anyway.

    The original ritual lighting just wasn't my style of lighting, it was nice though. I do feel that this new lighting has it's good things as well, did you try this map ingame?
  8. fair enough. but i thought since you could do an unreal map every now and then (ons_torlan) (had a job interview with streamline a few months ago so i know some stuff, don't worry i'm not your stalker or anything) it'd be cool. anyway, khaeon sounds nice, i agree.

    thanks guys @magictmp: actually, there are some sprites. i agree nonetheless, the waterfall does look too blocky. maybe i should have modelled it or something

  11. Not bad at all, but it lacks theme, i think. To me it's just a bunch of hallways, but i guess that applies to like, all NS maps so you might as well ignore me.

    Hey there people. Long time no see for me and mapcore. Happy new year things and all that. Anyway, i just released a map that has been sitting on my harddisk for a while. I was waiting for a few others maps to form a mappack but after waiting a year, and with CS:Source slowly taking over, this had to be released. This map plays in a temple complex in the South-Asian jungle (far away from the sea). A group of terrorists does bad things here, blah blah, CT's have to go Clint Eastwood on them, you get it. I hope you enjoy this map (even though it's not Source hehe, the new engine makes these HL1 maps look old ). Enjoy. Textures by 3D_Mike, Blaz, Madness and others, skyline by 3D_Mike, almost all map props by me, mapping by me and Boblem. Thanks to ra7 for the hosting and Xanthi for checking my zip file.
