  1. aww man don't talk about radium That was my first gaming community I was involved in, I was so sad when it fell apart =/ I personally quit playing tfc for at least a year after it died. Also my friend moved to everquest for some ungodly reason. I feel like every time I post here it's something depressing.
  2. I've never released a map =O =/ =P I don't think I've ever finished one really, I always get bored with it and start something new, or frustrated with some part. When I first wanted to get involved in mapping, not long after HL was released, I had a buttload of problems with hammer (worldcraft back then) config etc, I must have uninstalled and retried to get that thing to work at least 10 times, I forget what was wrong with it and nobody knew how to help me =( Most of my maps I build in my head, using the powerful Brain engine, I enjoy playing through them, and then I put them aside. I've also created a few mods and unique games. When it comes to putting them into Hammer or whatever editor though, I usually get bored before anything is even 20% done. I could probably post some pics of some unfinished stuff but I don't know where anything is as of now. Maybe my fear of commitment comes from an experience with creating presets for winamps AVS visual music - response thing, I spent soooooo much damn time on that and then hard drive crash, probably half a year of obsessive work wasted, I'd hardly begun to release anything... I was so angry and I never got back to it.
  3. here's some fun michael moore quotes, just a few of many: "The Iraqis who have risen up against the occupation are not "insurgents" or "terrorists" or "The Enemy." They are the REVOLUTION, the Minutemen, and their numbers will grow -- and they will win. Get it, Mr. Bush?" "There is a lot of talk amongst Bush's opponents that we should turn this war over to the United Nations. Why should the other countries of this world, countries who tried to talk us out of this folly, now have to clean up our mess? I oppose the U.N. or anyone else risking the lives of their citizens to extract us from our debacle. I'm sorry, but the majority of Americans supported this war once it began and, sadly, that majority must now sacrifice their children until enough blood has been let that maybe -- just maybe -- God and the Iraqi people will forgive us in the end." Look at the implications of these quotes. Yes, GOD SUPPORTS TERRORISM!!!!!! And he won't stop supporting it until American playgrounds are stained with children's blood. God hates America, God wants Americans to die, and through his chosen people, the iraqi "REVOLUTION", eventually George Bush and the American people will have to face up to their arrogance. With this post I'm not trying to defend the war or make a political statement. I'm simply showing that, basically, Michael Moore's insanity goes way beyond weather or not the war in Iraq is/was a good idea. He is at least as ...warped... as Ann and whatever you think about the war, Michael Moore should not be your propaganda artist of choice.
  4. what is that room with the water in it? Is it a sewer? Why is it... not... sewer shaped? It's just a box room with water in a shallow tile pool and a hexagon leading out of it. I'm confused.
