I know the ladybird didnt get sharp enough and i really dont know why. The background though got sharp. Also i dont really like to resize the pics, i mean theres so lots of details that goes away, but i guess its best for you . Still testing borders, i did some without and some with, i got rid of the radient now at least. Crits and comments are welcome.

Great im gonna read this. But why is it not in Photography Gallery? Also let me take the oportunity to show of my last pic that i got rather pleased with. Its a bit macaber but the real life is like this, also it makes for a good shot. The mixture between the dead mouse and the green flies is rather awsome.

I never saw you wanted to start mapping. But as Mazy said, try out a lot of different engines. Play lots of games. Then when you have decided what you want to do in level design (there are a lot) get hold of different apps to help you in your quest. Texture=image apps, models=3d apps, maps=game engine, programing=c++ or c# even i think nowadays and there are other languages aswell but i guess c++/c# is the safest bet. Then as Mazy said tutorials. There are like tons of it out there. Its just a matter of searching or ask some one that are used to search. But first get a grip of what fascinate you.
