I thought the look of that area would be nice in an RPG environment, so I designed it from scratch to look like it, I look upon decompiling with disgust, as in the past, one of my maps had been decompiled without permission. that is the only area I looked upon for referance, I am sorry if this has caused alot of problems, If the original mapper wants, I will change that area completely. but when I first looked upon it, I thought, thats the scene that would be good for an RPG. again, I apologize.
  4. Yeha that would make the ambient a little more like "Thief" the first one, and if we impliment fog . BTW I loved thief's atmosphere.
  5. Not sure what is meant by dynamically, you mean like does his weight actually change, no, it just effects how far you can jump and your stamina.
  6. Epoly caps at like 5200 with a weapon out. my computer is pretty bad so the fps in those screen shots reflect it.
  7. yeah the models for plants kinda drag me down, but the r_speeds never go above 600. and its for a mod where you take your time wandering around with a few buddies : D.

  12. yeah im on the PVK 2 team, but your photos only has "Slideshow" or "login" no add photo : ( and yeah I remeber you and its almost impossible to line up lips of the roads on all the parts. since the main grass thats not on the road lip isn''t rotated like the grass lip for the road. arrg
  13. you mean they worked at .txt. my bandwidth exceded.. I need a host! waaaahhh!
  14. fixed it and usualy .txt works.. cause .txt files still can show up as pictures and it saves shitty geocities bandwidth.
  15. Here are some screenshots of the current map im working on for Master Sword. Going for the country sideish look, the other screens are of Deep in a wine cellar, which leads Deeper yet into the underdark caves. Im a sucker for Dungeon Crawlers. the scrolling waterdrips looks better when its acutally animated : P
