im thinking of buying this camera since im going on vacation in a week but just wanted to know a few things. http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/compare ... sidebyside i found this site but it doesnt quite answer everything i wanted to know. i think im going to buy a 1GB flash card, but i want to know how much that would work to my advantage. what is the recommended size i should take photo's at and what size should i expect each photo to be (i realize this has alot to do with the type of compression, which is another question in itself) also it says the camera can capture 3 mins max of video...but if i have a card that can hold a much larger capacity (say 1 gb) will this change? i read a LOAD of reviews on it and most said it was a pretty great camera for beginners (of which i am) that can keep you happy as you come to appreciate some of the finer points of photography. i realize it is still a point and shoot camera, but that is what im looking for. also im getting a pretty good deal on it so i dont mind that the camera is almost a year old now. any other things you could point out about the camera, pro's or con's would be much appreciated...and dont hesitate to post because i kind of need to order the/a camera today since i go on vacation on friday. im gonna go to the gym and then go to best buy and check it out first hand and see how it feels. i love the style of teh sony cybershot cameras but the reviews on them seem kind of mixed....and they are quite pricey edit: oh one other thing, do i NEED a media card reader, or can i hook the camera up to the computer with usb and do the same job? thanks again and i love you all. especially zahpod. for banning my account. thank you.
