Yeah I played through this last night, and here's my verdict: It's pretty awful. 2.5 hours long, entire levels being QTE's and the game gives you a perk right off the bat that makes QTEs not fail ever, weapon-selection is unnecessary as you are locked to what Rambo used it the movies in that setting (you can unlock more but the requirements are stupid), enemies in the later stages come in such quantities I do not believe you can finish this with a gamepad, spending skillpoints on upgrades other than damage resistance is not needed as all enemies die of one headshot plus all weapons are pinpoint accurate, and they want at least 30 euros for this. The only plus is that the game is using the original voices directly from the movies, but it feels out of place with the bad sound quality, plus the quality of it shifts between good and bad, even in the same cutscenes.

Got this for 22 britbucks on GMG, looks neat and hope it will run well on my borderline ancient battlestation.

After 5 hours of Attrition, I can say that this game is a lot of fun! Fast-paced, very smooth parkour, battles feels much more crowded than 6v6, no hitreg issues (I play BF4 so I suffer), lots of "FUCK YEAH!" moments as you stomp enemies, punch enemies, and grab pilots out of their titans and toss them away like rags. I might buy this! The auto-aim pistol can go piss on itself though. There are more weapons but it would be nice to know HOW many more there are, as some of the Burn Cards give away that there is a bolt action sniper, LMG, and anti-titan grenade launcher, just the amped versions. Would also like to know the amount of ranks and challenges available, but I sort of hope you don't level as fast as you do in the beta, as you get to level 14 (beta limit) really fast.

I was thinking of getting Dungeon Keeper 1 after the free2play complete utter ultimate disaster in human history Dungeon Keeper edition, but glad I waited (cheapskate detected). Think I'll grab DK2 as well on GOG as it's $1.49 right now.

I've played this a bit, and only cleared it once using the starting character. The only other character I've made it to the last boss with was the Engineer, as the other characters feel so meh on their own, but I think they do much better in co-op which I have yet to try.

Looks like Second Assault is out very soon on PC and PS4 as Second Assault dogtags were just now handed out to Premium users.

I hope there is, would love some tweaks on gadgets too, mostly how launchers do versus armor, as right now it feels like any armored vehicle is able to soak tons of damage/rockets. So the Mobile AA gets nerfed due to all the whine, Scout Chopper too but can probably still be repaired mid-air and be invincible. Right now, if a Scout Chopper have two repairasites, you just can't bring it down, even with a full salvo and rockets from the Mobile AA. Meanwhile the Attack Chopper is a flying coffin due to no Below The Radar perk. Tanks getting the STAFF shell nerfed won't fix much if you do not fix the issue of tanks being able to fire two projectiles in a quick succession. Currently you can switch to STAFF shell,fire, and switch quickly to the primary cannon and fire again within a second, making it a devastating combo against any vehicle. DMR's being buffed is something that is needed as they perform terribly right now, shotgun accuracy being buffed is good for better CQC perfomance and hopefully also fixes the "firing blanks" issue on for example the UTS 15 (I've fired 5-6 shots into someone at point blank and had none of the shots registered). Pistols getting a buff is a welcomed change as it affects the least used pistols the most, as they perform nowhere near the others right now. Still don't understand the reasoning for not bringing the rate of fire on the G36C up to it's real 750 RPM (currently 650, had proper RPM in BF3), other than "No we won't", which would help making it less terrible, as right now it's at the bottom of the barrel. You can still get quite a few kills with it, but you have to rely on the opponent being a bad shot or getting the drop on him. I still want to see tweaks done to throwables, as the V40 MINI handgrenade clearly don't have the intended reduced splash radius, making it the best choice. Smoke needs to last a bit longer, also prevent spotting through it as intended. Flashbangs are currently just Flash, doesn't blind you for longer than a blink of an eye nor does it deafen you. M34 Incendiary should last 1-2 seconds longer and also kill anyone who stays in it's burning radius, as right now you can throw it at your feet and take all the damage and still be fine.

So now the DLC "China Rising" is available to Premium users, and I've had some rounds on them. Guilin Peaks and Dragon Pass are very BC2:Vietnam, Altai Range is no cover and all snipers, and Silk Road is also no cover and all snipers. But people soon learn that being prone on a rock doesn't work. However, Air Superiority takes the title "Worst Game 2013" with the current design. Either you get stealth jets which are known to have the turn-radius of a small country, or attack choppers which are eh. And it always comes down to who pops flares first and then gets shot down by lock-on missiles. Plus people are really cheap, and hits Redeploy before they die, denying you of a kill. Just like people do in any other game mode as well, by bailing out. Now, I am trying to unlock the UCAV for Support and I die a little on the inside when I know I have to get 15 kills total with jets to get it... not so easy when everyone bails out or you try take on a ground target but your jet is as agile as a refridgerator and just leaves a smoldering crates a second later.

And now the Double XP event is on for everyone, lasting an entire week, so BAD PEOPLE CAN RANK UP

If you want more weapons for multiplayer, you got to play through singleplayer, two of which are beasts for their respective classes. The P90 for Engineer, which has the best hipfire accuracy in the game (100%!), 50 rounds per mag and high rate of fire makes it fantastic for close quarters. And then there's also the M249 SAW for Support, which is statistically identical to the MG4, only the recoil-pattern puts them apart, so it's a matter of taste of which one you want to use. But both these guns are incredibly good, since they have 200 rounds per magazine, allowing for very long sustained fire, got brutal rate of fire, and quite accurate as well. Personally I use the MG4, with a suppressor, so I am able to destroy entire squads without showing up with a big flashy dorito on the minimap. And then keep going as 200 rounds is a lot to chew through. Also the REX revolver sucks.
