The new weapons from Close Quarters are actually quite good. Really good even. The AUG A3 for Assault is great all around , the MTAR for Engineer is hipfire king (and has the highest rate of fire of all carbines, making you the victor is almost any close combat) when equipped with a laser, the L86A2 for Support is an LMG with the accuracy of an assault rifle, the M417 for Recon is superior to any other semi-auto sniper plus JNG-90 is also the superior choice for bolt action rifles. For all class weapons, the SPAS-12 is a great alternative to the old trusty 870MCS because of higher rate of fire. The rest of the unlockable weapons aren't too shabby either but the ones I mentioned are favored the most.

Since most of us got Premium, we just sit and wait. And I pray for new RPGs for Engineer, and it looks like there is a new all-class semi-automatic rifle similar to the M14 Mod 0 from Bad Company 2 (I loved that thing when you finally could slap scopes on it). The Carl Gustav RPG is a legend in Bad Company, it needs to be in BF3! And the AT4 ... can't have enough swedish RPGs. Oh and DICE, can we have the Thompson and Garand too?

Right ... with the upcoming beta weekend (July 20-22), ArenaNet have been handing out thousands of beta-keys left and right, so I don't think anyone has missed that if you have an interest for this. If you havn't heard of the avalanche of keys, I think they'll hand out even more next week through community websites and shit. The next BWE is also the FINAL beta weekend, and for the first time we'll be able to create the 2 other races that have been disabled until now : Asura & Sylvari (I have already decided to main an Asura Engineer come release). Saw two movies last night. Fun things happen when people stream movies instead of games... The FP - It is literally Dance Dance Revolution: The Movie. And it's a game of life and death of your street cred in this. The plot is incredibly deep .. like a basketball player standing in a kiddie pool, the budget at least set them back a few burgers, but this movie probably got the best ending in cinematic history Ninja Terminator - What happens when a whole film crew thinks about ninjas and smoke weed. Camo-patterned ninja suit, Garfield phone, Tom Sellecks long lost brother being a ninja, etc.

Walking up the stairs in a castle ruin was a painful experience. Especially when you have no painkillers, morphine, and you somehow slowly climb the stairs while prone-rolling up the steps ... only to find a zombie halfway up, and YOUR SHOT IS BLOCKED BY A GOD DAMN LEDGE, AGGROING THE ZOMBIE AND ... well I was dead anyway, meh.
