Welp, only have one difficulty left to beat: Hell or Hell, but I don't think I'll bother with that for a good while. Or maybe attempt it by being a jerk using the Super Dante perk that unlocks after you've beaten the game on "Dante Must Die" difficulty. It gives you unlimited Devil Trigger but your score gets a 50% penalty. You can still progress with it, and who cares about the leaderboards anyway since they are filled to the brim with russian cheaters.

Played through it. Played through it once more on "Son of Sparda" difficulty. Now playing through it again on "Dante Must Die" difficulty. It's quite taxing on my fingers now. No lock-on is a bummer because the games have always had it, but I am at the same time thankful for it since my fingers aren't comfortable with holding the lock-on button constantly, so this game targets whatever enemy you are facing, so just push the stick in the direction of the enemy that you wanna pummel and away you go. The game itself is quite good and not the disaster the fanbase predicted. And this being a more modern DmC, expect lots of wubs.

Recently started playing the Firefall beta again. There is much more to do now than some months ago, that's for sure. I also have 2 betakeys left to give out, if anyone wants.

Watched the new Dredd movie. It felt ... very much like the movie The Raid. I havn't read the Dredd comics but just about everyone that have, have jizzed over this movie because it is very true to the comics, which is something the Dredd movie from 1995 isn't, which also gets bonus penalty-points for having Rob Schneider in it. And just by that, this movie is good. Except the overuse of the slow-motion, caused by the plot-device in the movie. Still miles ahead of the Stallone movie.

Maaaan, I wish Dark Souls was more than 33% off, thought of gifting to my brother as a late birthday present ... but then he needs to buy an Xbox controller for his PC because the keyboard controls are ass.

This weekend was a one-time event that in the end rewarded players with 20 slot bag, exotic and rare gear ... it even dropped precursors for legendary items. But that was for anyone who could ATTEND to the lagfest, with disconnects and login server problems. Anyone who didn't participate got fucked basically, players getting rewarded with items that take considerable effort to get otherwise and flooding the market with said items, making the prices plummet to the earth. The shitstorm is enormous.

It's EXTREMELY limited, even on emotes: It's more like a demo than a free-to-play game. I guess the word "free" is very hard to swallow for EA.

The only thing that could get me to play this is either if someone gifts me the game or it's on a 50% off deal or something (which won't happen since its Activision). I've been watching streams of this to see if it is any different than the last game .... and it isn't much more than a new coat of paint, with some new gadgets. Hell, there's an scope that marks enemies in sight with a big red square in their center of mass, like if enemies wasn't easy enough to spot already.

I hope you learned from the multiplayer in Crysis 2 that letting client-side XML-files do the math isn't such a bright idea on PC
