Longer shorts might help, she really is fucking creepy.
Great work though.

It's fun for about 5 minutes. If you want to pay $10 for such joy, then more fool you.

Peter Gabriel and Faith No More.
But not together. No, that would be insane.
-
Oooooooooooooooooooh yeah!

I like how, even though it's been a while, I've forgotten his name, and it's next-gen, I still recognise the face of the crawling soldier in the 1st scan.
)
Ironically that soldier is Cpl. Sam Corrion. He's the character that I voice.
Well I never, I had no idea you voiced him!
I should read game credits more often.

This could be really, really amazing in co-op over Live. I'm expecting big things.

Technical no, but he looks like a fruitcake in my opinion

Yeah.
But then he's had more women that we've had hot dinners, so I think he's allowed to get away with a flamboyant dress sense.

That tank just looks ridiculous, plonked upside-down in the middle of the road.
Sums up the quality of the mod for me, strangely.

I was in the Nice and Cannes (or whatever) area a summer, it was great!
I mean who doesn't like warm weather and girls with about no clothes at all?
Nice and Cannes are ace, to be fair.
Surely not much game development down there though?

Episodic content just reeks of money gathering schemes.
It works for TV as its free, so you know your gonna get the next bit no matter what. Games...well..I'm not paying £12 every now and then to find out what comes along. I doubt I'll be getting Episode One for that matter either. Sure the HL2 universe is nice, but hey I'm not paying £2 for an hour of gameplay.
Yeah, but done right, which I think Episode 1 will be, it'll just be like an add-on pack, in a similar vein to Opposing Force etc.

Max Payne 2: Poets of the Fall - Late Goodbye
Aye.
Also: Deus Ex OST.
Oh, and going WAY back, those really awesome songs from Cannon Fodder - including the poignant one as new recruits walk over the hill past the graves of Jools and Jops and all those other brave men who died.
-
Man, that's terrible.

Best of luck.

its not cynical mathematics.
if a normal studio can make a normal 10-15 hours game in a few years, a SMALLER studio can't churn out the same quality for 5 times the content.
What it is- is a scam. So much filler it'll make your eyeballs bleed.
But hey, it's your money.
So you're opposed to episodic content in general? Like, you feel the same about HL2: Episode One?
Fair enough.
-
I don't think cynical mathematics work here, Mike.
If £12 nets me 5-6 hours of quality gameplay, then I don't see the harm. Whether it delivers remains to be seen, however.

Awesome work.

excellent, now my map that is full of crates and boxes will be revolutionary
success is mine!
Absolute genius.
What was once textbook becomes INNOVATIVE.

Nah, it'll be the Recycle Bin.
Practical AND sending the right message. Everybody wins!

when you make a thread like this you're supposed to put a picutre to the comic or link or something

That's what I was thinking, especially with the word 'premium'.
Then again, looking at a picture of the program CAD is more interesting than reading the comic CAD.
I'm a cad, I know.

what a sad day. my hdd crashed and took de_corse to death...

i was a cracking noise and now the hdd sounds like an old vinyl player.
Backups?

I guess we can also buy games that never came out in our countries too. Earthbound etc never came out in the UK so we never got to know Ness well.
Europe didn't get Super Mario RPG either. Stuff like this is a great opportunity.
-
Immense.
-
Exactly.
Take this hypothetical scenario for example: God wants to create life, so he creates a set of rules, designs and so on, and then needs a catalyst to start it all off - the development of which can be viewed for pleasure, or just to alleviate boredom. The bang is the catalyst. There we go.

As i said before, the normal here doesnt really represent the geometry the texture was intended to have... but atleast it looks better than just running the texture through that filter like what is mostly done.
It would still look 100x better if this texture's normal map was done in a modelling tool though
Yeah, but for the little guys, this is a good method.
Cheers, SS.

To be fair, play as something else slicky.
You've become the best warrior/tank/whatever. Try being a mage, or an assassin, or a vampire. There's still some variety left.
I do agree with you about the lack of items and monsters though.

For a start, a bunny in shorts is harmless. A bunny in hotpants is all kinds of wrong.
