It's really an "all purpose" building I guess. Inside, you have an art gallery in the cellar, restaurant near the top, and sometimes they have a market in the middle area.
There's also a huge artificial geyser that squirts water about 30m up into the air, really cool stuff.
I've taken some pictures of the inside, but they didn't turn out very "artistic" if you will.
