I'm self-employed at the moment, I sew custom tactical gear. For those who you that don't really know what it's about, it's like a military tailor, so that your gear is made the way you want it, instead of what you are issued or what you can by from a store. I'm going to set up some "production items" to sell via the website so that I don't have to wait for customers, but for now I'm busy with custom projects.

Working alone is really boring, and my income is really low, I'm lucky that I'm able to live at home and borrow the workshop from my dad for free..

Steppen, most modern helmets are classed with an NIJ level, up to 3A (.44 magnum) depending on the actual model.

In a large firefight some Norwegian soldiers got into, there were 3 helmets who had stopped\deflected AK (7.62x39) rounds even if the helmet only had a 3A rating.

They do help, but if Brazil haven't got money to properly equip their soldiers or officers, then I wouldn't guess for anything else than 30 year old Pasgat helmets (that would mean that the ballistic materials inside have already rotten away, and you'd be better protected with a baseball cap).

Since I sew tactical gear as a hobby now, and my old machine from 1950 something died.

It's a powerhouse that smells like gun lube when it's chugging along like an old steam powered train. So it's a manly machine!

I watched most of season 1 but didnt really get the feel for it.

I mean, the last 2 episodes of season 1 are too fucking hilarious.

It should be named Breaking AWESOME!

I remember having some trouble gettting into it, the first episodes was a bit slow, but I just rewatched them and continued. I am also on Season 2.
