IW.Net finds a "good" server, and I get connection failed, or lag like a bitch. Have played with 1 good host, until the game crashed (dunno what reason). If buying a hard copy, do I need the DVD in my laptop all the time? I have no idea about this since I don't buy hard copys of games

Jetset, read your PMs.... Wouldn't it be possible to have dedicated servers "authing" with IW.net? So that you can have "official servers" and unofficial servers? Aka. by the rules and whatever rules you want.

But MW2 is 3D.... Almost all FPS games are Gah, someone find me a place to a digital copy with $ currency, my laptop gets way to hot with a DVD running while playing. Steam is fucking ~$20 more than what I'd pay for a hard copy. It's $60 on Steam right? It's selling for $60+ here, in some stores they've supposedly got it marked up to double the price. It's probably $60 on Steam, but it's also €60 ($90!!!!). Since I'm in Norway, with a strong currency, another example (normal hard copy costs about 450kr): $60 = 345kr €60 = 510kr Easy pick. Besides, I still want a digital copy, because of the laptop. I see no reason why I should pay MORE for a digital copy than for a hard copy these days when everyone wants to be so friendly to the environment.

It's a demo release, and not the full game, stop bitching. Valve is being nice and actually allow you to play the game before it's released.
