Empires Mod does this, and I don't see them under any spotlight. My guess it's simply cause it's ND, and they want to bring it down in anyway possible. The idea isn't an amazement, they took 2 forms of gameplay and put them together. I wouldn't credit NS to be the first of this genre.

While it appears rude, I think it's just saying the team members and progress already were enough to provide for the mod, you were going to be nothing more than an extra. He knows your qualified, you're just not "needed". It's nothing rude or disrespectful there at all, he wasn't depending the whole mod on you. While that's a nice paraphrasing of the converstation, I've yet to see any real logs of the guy doing much disrespect. I think DaveL is funny, I spoke to him once or twice on IRC, he has all rights to command the modification to whatever his likings are, it's his project and everyone has the choice to contribute or not. It's his project, his ideas and his choice how to treat people, this is just one case of a crybaby.

I know you made them for gameplay and thats hard enough. But did you create the actual blood-patterns themself? Cause I swear they look like some brushes I have for Photoshop already (But then again all blood/splatter brushes look alike)

i love the graffiti design, the grundge tiles. but something bothers be about the well-curved edges of them each.

Awesome as heck. A little sharp, but not overly. It would be nice to see it be used a sidewalk.

while its a cool artwork graffiti piece, the bricks themself tend to look a bit blurry and stretched. and it doesn't tile. it seems like a better design for a overlay image rather than a full texture to prevent weird tiling

i gave up awhile ago after i finished highschool. but i always doodle now and again. nothing serious. I have a few other sketches like this, mostly of apocalyptic characters I thought were cool.
