  2. Yah it was impressive indeed. The textures were occasionally overly sharpened or too reflective though. Overall, very nice stuff.

  16. It just looks very bleh to me. I don't understand what the fuzz is about. You can see like two big units on screen since the camera is so close. It looks very weak compared to C&C3.
  17. I'm not impressed with the graphics. It looks outdated and too cartoony and the movement of the flying things is like welcome back to the 90's, no tilting, no nothing.

  20. A simple rule: If the company you apply for lacks a dress code, don't wear a suit. It might not be a bad thing to wear one, but you might give the impression that you do not fit the corporate culture, just as KungFuSquirrel mentioned. Collar shirts, jackets, etc. are still normal for any office job. It essentially boils down to how much external interaction the office faces.

Sure, the models look great, but the mapping part, the actual brushwork and overall design is dull, generic, and overly plain, especially for a commercial product. http://planethalflife.gamespy.com/fms/I ... 002758.jpg The shot above, for example, just doesn't do it for me. That might as well been created in HL1. I don't see the floor textures working very well together either.
